Getting information to potential and existing customers has always been pretty complicated. Having a social media presence on a platform like Facebook takes hours of work a day to craft posts, take pictures, and schedule each post for different platforms (all with their own requirements for image sizes, best links to use, etc). And then there's paying attention to comments, likes/dislikes, and whether or not your customers even see your posts. Many people who follow a businesses page may not be a customer or even live anywhere near the business.
And now the algorithms let business page posts be seen by some and not by others...tricking you into paying them to turn posts into ads just so you can reach potential customers that already like and follow you.
The Plaza allows small businesses to post updates that get shown in a feed customized for each customer!
Every merchant on the FencyPay network has customers and other merchants that shop with them. We build a customized social media feed that's geared toward showing a customer ONLY the stores they shop at and those where their rewards are valid.
Merchants can post updates, specials they are offering, cute photos, or last minute announcements (like road construction in front of their business or an emergency they have to deal with) and their actual customers see those posts in a chronological feed in The Plaza. Customers can Like/Dislike/Love/Laugh/Sad the post so the merchant can see how their posts perform. When a customer is logged into The Plaza they also see the rewards balance they can spend right on every post.
What a post on The Plaza may look like to a customer. No bots, trolls, or competitors interacting with your posts
Unlike other social media platforms, only your customers or potential customers shopping in the area of your store can Like/Dislike/Love/Laugh/Sad your posts. We haven't added comments yet, but when we do only your customers will be able to do that too. If they haven't shopped with you and spent money towards your hard work...they shouldn't be able to comment. And neither can other merchants. Just straight feedback from actual customers (whether good or bad)
