Multiple stores for Merchants

Have more than 1 store....we can handle that!
We created FencyPay and tested it in 4 of our own stores first, so we made decisions around flexibility and ease-of-use for multiple store locations.

NOTE: if you have MULTIPLE/DIFFERENT BUSINESSES instead of just one business with multiple locations we recommend separate merchant accounts for each business (CORP/LLC)...that's how we do it. The founders of FencyPay had two DIFFERENT retail businesses so we have TWO merchant accounts. One of our businesses has 3 retail locations so that one merchant account has THREE store locations on that merchant dashboard. The other merchant account just has the one location.

How to add a second location:
  1. Log into your FencyPay Merchant Dashboard
  2. Click on the "Add Store" link near the top of the page
  3. Add the Name, Address, Phone, and any other empty fields and then click the "Save store" button
  4. The new store will be created, map GPS coordinates for the address, and associate the new location with merchants within 5 miles to be included in The Plaza near your neighboring merchants.
  5. Your store IS NOT ACTIVE on the network until approved by FencyCoin and WILL NOT appear in The Plaza or be able to process earnings or rewards yet.
  6. FencyPay will review the new store and, if approved, create your signage and activate it on the network. This process should take less than a day. If the sales rep in your area is aware of your intent to add multiple stores, they may see it and activate faster.
